Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, when you buy a desk phone: service is free for 30 days and the trial starts with your first completed call, not on the day you pay, so shipping and setup don't eat into it. Service-only plans (no phone purchase) don't include a trial: the first month is charged at checkout and service starts immediately.
Do I need desk phones?
No. Agents can use the SpartanComm app for iOS and Android or the browser phone. Desk phones are optional; we sell Yealink and Grandstream models that configure themselves when you plug them in.
Can I keep my current business number?
Yes. We port numbers from providers such as GoTo, RingCentral, landline and mobile carriers. You give us a recent bill and the account details; we submit and track the port. Keep your old service active until the port completes.
How much does it cost?
$29.99 per agent per month for 1–4 agents, $24.99 for 5–19 and $19.99 for 20 or more. Phone numbers are $2 per month each plus a one-time $2 activation. Desk phones are a one-time purchase from $99 with free shipping.
